Maintenance / Odd-Job Contractor – Treverbyn Parish Council
Treverbyn Parish Council is seeking a reliable and skilled individual to carry out ad-hoc maintenance and odd-job work across the parish.
Tasks may include:
• Repairs to benches, noticeboards and bus shelters
• Painting and general upkeep
• Minor repairs and installations
• Litter clearance and reporting issues
Please note: Grass cutting (including open spaces, public footpaths and Treverbyn Cemetery) is carried out under a separate contract and is not included in this role.
Key Details:
• Self-employed contractor (this is not an employed position)
• Work offered as required (no guaranteed hours)
• Payment made upon submission of invoice
Applicants will need:
• Relevant skills and experience
• Public liability insurance
• Their own tools and transport
