Treverbyn Parish Council – Vacancy for a Parish Councillor (Bugle Ward)

Notice of Vacancy – Treverbyn Parish Council (Bugle Ward). Pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, that due to the resignation of Louise Marshall, a vacancy has arisen on Treverbyn Parish Council for the Bugle Ward. If 10 electors from the ward request an election in writing to Cornwall Council’s Proper Officer by 1st December 2025, an election will be held (no later than 6th February 2026). If no election is requested, the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
